Two cases of primary hepatoma in childhood

Two cases of hepatoma has been reported. The diagnosis was estabEshed by clinical, laboratory, X-ray, and pathological findings. One, 8 year old male, had died about 2 month later from the development of symptoms and others, 17 month old male had lived more than one year after right lobectomy. Brief review of literatures on hepatoma was done.
