Total 68 cases of the patients of neonatal tetanus were clinically devaluated, who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics, Seoul National University Hospital during the 8 year and 8 months period from Jan. 1959 to Aug. 1967. The authors experienced a new born infant of cleido-cranial dysostosis. Patient in characterized by absence of a part of sternal end o£ right clavicle, complete absence of left clavicle, and defect of ossification of the skull and pubic bone. The review of literature was made briefly.
