Duchenne Type Muscular Dystrophy Occuring in 3 Brothers.

We were experienced Duchenne type muscular dystrophy occuring in 3 brothers among 6 siblings. In all cases, the clinical symtoms were started at about 6 years old age, And diagnosis was easily confirmed by clinical symptoms and laboratory examination with muscle biopsy. The authors have experienced a case of Duchenne type of progressive muscular dystrophy in a 9 year old boy who was presented with significantly increased serum enzymes related to this disedase and musle biopsy findings compatible with muscular dystrophy, reported with review of literatures concerned.

We report three cases of Diabetes insipidus which charactrized by the polyuria and polydipsia. All of the three cases well controlled with oral addministration of chlorpropamide. Two cases were idiopathic and the other was suspected pituitary tumor. A briet review of literature was made.

Authors experienced a case of a huge intrathoracic teratoma in the right uppet mediastinum in male 7 months of age who had dyspnes of 1 month of duration, which was aggravated with cough and fever, and cyanosis 2 days prior to admission.
