In 22 samples of infant formula, marketed in Korea, from Apr. 1986 to Oct. 1986, trace elements
especially Zn and Cu levels were examined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer.
The results were as follows;
1) B-milk, zinc supplemented, contained Zn 863.23 ±50.52 ㎍/100 g, there were no relations with
manufacturing date.

The author determined mycoplasma antibody titer in 216 cases of pneumonia who were admitted
to the pediatric ward of Korea Medical Center Guro Hospital from November, 1985 to September,
1986, and clinical investigation and statistical analysis were performed between mycoplasma anti-
body positive group and negative group.

A 4 day old male patient was admitted to our hospital due to jaundice, poor feeding and abdominal
distention. His clinical features and peripheral blood smear revealed congenital myeloblastic leuke-
mia which confirmed by autopsy. Chromosome study showed 47, XY, +21 in Karyotype.
We report this case with review of literatures.

We experienced a case of juvenile chronic myelogenous leukemia associated with juvenile xanthogranuloma
and neurofibromatosis.
This 1-year 6-month-old male patient had multipe cafg-au-lait spots, numerous nontender, yellowish,
dome-shaped papules and nodules, hepatosplenomegaly, and pneumonia.
Hematologic & bone marrow examinations, chromosomal study, and skin biopsy were performed for diagnosis.
A brief review of the related literatures was added.

The authers experienced two cases of salt losing congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Case 1. was a 22 day old male infant, who had vomiting and lethargy.
