Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis is a rare disease characterized by recurrent attacks of hemoptysis, iron deficiency anemia and pulmonary infiltration on chest X-ray. We experienced a case of Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis in a 3 year-old boy with recurrent attacks of dyspnea, pallor and chest infiltration on X-ray, without underlying pulmonary disease.
