A case of 18 trisomy syndrome in a female baby who bom at our K.V.H. was presented. We were experienced a case of MCLS associated with pleural and pericardial effusion, a rare complication of MCLS, evidenced in 5 yrs. old girl through clinical condition, X-ray and echocardiography.
