Isoimmune hemolytic disease of the newborn is a disease which is caused by maternal sensitization to one of the fetal blood factor. The authors experience a case of hydrops fetalis due to anti-E in 1-day male newborn. Antibody screening and antibody identification tests were made which revealed anti-E antibody.

Holotelencephaly is a congenital malformation of the telencephalon which is characterized by developmental failure of the cerebral hemispheres and frequently associated with midline facial defect. We experienced a case of holotelencephaly, alobar type, associated with microphthalmia and choanal atresia. Diagnosis was confirmed by autopsy. A brief review of literature was made.

Bartter’s syndrome is rare disease which is characterized by hypokalemia, hypochloremic meta- bolic alkalosis, hyperreninemic hyperaldosteronism, hyporesponsiveness to pressors, and juxtag- lomeurlar apparatus hyperplasia. We had experienced a case of Bartter’s syndrome in 4 months old male infant. The diagnosis was made by clinical, biochemical and pathological studies. Literatures were reviewed briefly.
