A Study of Clinical Observations in Neonatal Sepsis.

We have experienced 67 cases of neonatal sepsis confirmed by clinical symptoms and blood culture between July 1983 and June 1988 at Ewha university hospital. Clinical pictures of 2 cases with I-cell disease patients, 8 and 11 months old female, were analyzed. Characteristic coarse facial features, gum hypertrophy, retarded growth and dysostosis multiplex were observed in both cases.
