We have experienced Hemophilus influenzae meningitis complicated by subdural empyema, which was confirmed by computerized tomography and subdural tapping. The patient was 5-month-old female who was admitted with high fever and generalized siezure. Hemophilus influenzae meningitis was confirmed by the culture of spinal fluid.
