This study was undertaken to eluidate lipoprotein patterns in patients with childhood nephrotic syndrome by response to initial steroid therapy, serum albumin level in MCNS and other histologic classifications. We experienced two cases of meconium peritonitis with sigmoidal perforation in three-day-old male neonate and ileal perforation in one-day-old male neonate, respectively which were treated by primary closure. Literatures are reviewed briefly.
