A Case of Pulmonary Blastoma

Pulmonary blastoma is a rare type of malignant lung tumor comprised of epithelial and mesenchymal elements reminiscent of fetal lung. Mesenchymal element may show various patterns of differentiation toward mature tissue, such as cartilage, smooth muscle, and bone.
