Two Cases of Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemic.

Two cases of autoimmune hemolytic anemia, 8 years old female patient and 9 years old female patient were presented. Dignosis was established by clinical features, CBC, urine analysis, Coombs?test, fragility test, liver function study, and bone marrow aspiration. Pertinent literatures on hemolytic anemia also reviewed briefly.
A Case of Myelocytic Leukemia with Philadelphia Chromosome.

A 14 years old female patient with chronic myelocytic leukemia was presented. Characteristic blood features of peripheral blood smear and bone marrow findings, clinical symptoms and signs, Philadelphia chromosome are confirmative for the diagnosis of the disease. We present a 13 year old female patient with pseudohypoparathyroidism. Characteristic clinical pictures, low blood calcium level and X-ray findings of hands and feet were conformative for the diagnosis. Review of literature and referances on pseudohypoparathyoidism was attempted briefly.

Two cases of athyrotic cretinism in a five months old male infant and one month old female infant were Presented. Diagnosis was established by clinical features, thyroid scintigram. X-ray survey of skeletal maturation as biochemical studies. Pertinent literatures were also briefly reviewed.
