Acrorenal syndrome is congenital anomaly of the limbs and urinary tract of unknown etiology. Acral malformations consist of varying combinations of oligodactyly, ectrodactyly, syndactyly, brachydactyly, polydactyly, and carpal, tarsal, or metatarsal fusions of the hands and feet.
