Treatment of Vaginal Endodermal Sinus Tumor

An endodermal sinus tumor of the vagina, a rare pediatric malignancy, was managed with c onservative surgey followed by adjuvant chemotherapy(vincristine, actinomycin D, cyclophosphamide : VAC). Treatment related complications were acceptible, and there is no evidence of d isease twenty months after diagnosis.
