A case of the lupus syndrome induced by hydralazine.

A reversible syndrome resembling systemic lupus erythematosus is induced by hydralazine which has been used in treatment of hypertension or congestive heart failure. The incidence of the lupus syndrome induced by hydralazine was estimated at 6.8% in adults (Cameron, 1984) but there was few reports in children.
