A Case of Hyperthyroidism Following Primary Hypotyroidism

A 9-year-old girl presented with primary hypothroidism have been followed by the development of hyperthyroidism. The diagnosis of primary hypothyroidism had been made by clinical manifestation, elavated serum thyroid-stimulating hormone level, antithyroglobulin antibody and antimicrosome antibody.
