The Effect of Pertussive Vaccine & Cyclosporin on Streptozotocin Induced Diabetic Rats.

The injection of streptozotocin (STZ) at higher dose (60 mg/kg) to young male rats produce direct beta cell destruction and lead to insulin dependent diabetes (IDD).
