The determinations of the value of sugar, protein, cholesterol, L.D.H. and G.O.T. have been made for the cerebrospinal fluid in such pathological conditions as tuberculous meningitis, encephalitis japonica, purulent meningitis, poliomyelitis and normal children. A Case Report of Hereditary Spherocytosis

A case of kreditary spherocytosis who was a 100 days old Korean male infant, was presented. Diagnosis was based on Splenomegaly, spherocytes in pheripheral blood and increased osmotic fragility. Any noticeable improvement was not observed by splenectomy and the patient expired 10 days after the splenectomy.
Congenital Ectodermal Dysplasia

A 14 8/12 year-old boy has no perspiration with sparse eyelashes and hair and shiny dry skin with dental defect. None of his seven members of family has similar disease. This case falls into the category of anhidrotic type of congenital ectodermal dysplasia as defined by Dr. Weech.
A Case of Hand-Schuller-Christian Disease

A case of Hand-Schiiller-Christian disease in a 3 year and one month-old girl is presented. The patient was admitted with chief complaints of polydypsia, polyuria and moderate exophthalmos associated with severe emaciation. The diagnosis was comfirmed by clinical findings (classical triad), radiological evidences (destructive defects of the bones) and biopsy findings. The review of literature was made briefly.
A Case of Eosinophilic Leukemia

A case of eosinophilic leukemia in a 2 years and 6 months old male child was presented. Clinical and hematological findings were compatible with eosinophilic leukemia. Pertinent literatures were reviewed briefly.
A Case of W-P-W Syndrome Associated with Myocardiopathy

A 14 year-old-boy, who had W-P-W syndrome associated with cardiac enlargement and congestive heart failure was presented. His electrocardiographic pattern showed the high amplitude R waves in all chest leads with typical QRS slurring, delta waves and shortened P-R interval.
