Goldenhar's syndrome is a syndrome consisting of epibulbar dermid or lipodermoid, preauricular skin appendices and blind ended fistulas and vertebral anomalies. We experienced a case of Goildenhar's syndrome is a one month-old boy who showed asymmetric face, preauricular skin tag, hemiertebrae, rib anomaly and cyanotic congenital heart disease. A review of the references concerning Goldenhar's syndrome was made birdefly.

Holoprosencephaly is a congenital malformation complex involving developmental failure in normal cleavage of the forebrain into hemispheres and varying degrees of median facial deformities. We experienced a case of lobar holoprosencephaly in a one day old girl who showed median facial deformities and reviewed the references concerning holoprosencephaly briefly.

Gastroschisis is a very rare congenital malformation of the abd. wall in the newborn and prompt surgical repair is required. A case of gastroschisis was experienced and has surgery at II Sin Women’s Hospital the baby has been well since discharge without complication.
