We observed a case of hereditary spherocytosis who was a 4-month-old boy with the chief complaints of jaundice and pallor. Evidence of the same disease was also found in the patient` s father who had never been symptomatic. Diagnosis was made by presence of spherocytes in peripheral blood smear, osmotic fragility- test and autohemolysis test. A brief review of literatures was made.

We report a case of chronic atrial tachycardia in a 8 year-old boy. One year 3 month duration of chronic precordial palpitation is the only complaint on admission. Diagnosis was confirmed with characteristic EKG findings. Digitalis therapy was tried, but in vain. The clinical manifestations have been persistent during follow-up for 1 year 6 months since diagnosis.

We report a case of pericarditis as a complication of meningococcal meningitis in a 10-month old male infant. Pericardial effusion developed on the 8th hospital day during penicillin treatment for meningococcal meningitis. He was treated successfully and recovered completely. A 8-yrs-old boy was admitted because of convulsion and coma. The diagnosis of Cushing's syndrome(key word) associated with hypertensive encephalopathy(key word) due to right adrenocortical carcinoma(key word) was made by clinical features, biochemical studies, radiological studies and pathological examination.
