We have experienced a case of estrogen producing Sertoli-Leydig cell tumor with precocious puberty in a 2-year-old girl. Her chief complaints were breast enlargement, which was noticed 20 days prior to admission and vaginal bleeding, which was noticed 10 days prior to admission.
