Forty four children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) were analyzed retrospectively and the following prognostic factors were obtained in response to treatments and clinical courses. We experienced two cases of staphylococcal infective endocarditis. The echocardiograms showed vegetations at the posterior leaflet of mitral valve and pulmonary arterial end of PDA, respectively.
