Burkitt's lymphoma is a distinct pathologic entity characterized as a diffuse undifferentiated malignant lymphoma of B-lymphocyte origin. A Case of acute lymphocytic leukemia with both renal enlargement found l^year old female has been presented. After treatment , acute lymphocytic leukemia with chemotherapeutic agent, the size of both kidneys were decreased and returned to normal shape by ultrasonogram series. A brief review of the literature was made on this subject.
