Lissencephaly is a rare abnormality of brain development characterized by incomplete neuronal migration and a smooth cerebral surface. Three types of lissencephaly are recognized. Gastric atresia is a very rare congenital anomaly that causes obstructive symptoms. In 1965 Gerber classified this anomaly. According to this classification, we recently experienced a case of the membranous type of prepyloric gastric atresia in a 30 month old female, diagnosed by clinical, radiological, and surgical findings. And we report this case with a review of literature.
