A Case of Letter-Siew Disease.

A case of Letterer-Siwe disease in a 6 month-old Korean male manifesting maculopapular skin rash, watery diarrhea, fever and bony skull defect as classical features of the disease was presented. The diagnosis was confirmed by clinical symptoms, histopathologic and radiologic findings. The authors report a fatal case which was treated in hospital with intensive antibiotics, corticosteroid and alkylating agent.

The postmortem finding in a 64 day-old Korean male of asplenia associated with congenital malformation of heart and partial situs inversus of the abdominal viscera has been presented. A case of Tuberous Sclerosis, 4 year-old-Korean boy was observed. He had some symptoms about Tuberous Sclerosis which were abenoma sebaceum, seizure, shagreen patch and hypopigmented macule. Diagnosis was confirmed by facial skin biopsy and adenoma sebaceum was noticed.
