Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome constitutes a clinicopathologic entity characterized macroglossia, omphalocele or umblical hernia, visceromegaly, postnatal gigantism, microcephaly, Nevus flammeus, ear lobe grooves, hemihypertrophy and other abnormalities.
