A case of McCune Albright syndrome in a 8 year old girl was presented. Examination revealed polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, cutaneous pigmentation, sexual precocity and hyperthyroidism. Recently, she has suffered from craniofacial deformity and thyroid gland enlargement. We experienced a case of Hypereosinophilic syndrome with congestive heart failure in 15 month old girl. The clinical, hematologic and E.C.G. findings were compatible with hype- reosinophilic syndrome. She was treated with oxygen, digoxine, antibiotics and mebendazole.
