A case of Pseudohypoparathyroidism in a 34-month-old girl is presented with a review of literature.
A typical picture of short stature, round face, obesity and mental retardation, associated with,
carpopedal spasm, generalized convulsion, hypocalcemia and hyperphosphatemia, was manifested.
Response to treatment was unfavorable in this case due to inadequate follow-up.
