The diagnosis was established by blue sclerae and multiple bony fractures with deformity on X-Ray findings.

Two cases of omphalocele were presented.
Case (I ) was transferred to Ewha Womans hospital 2 hours after birth with omphalocele
measuring 6X8cm in diameter. The birth, weight was 2.4 kg.
The contents(stomach, small intestine) of sac were easily reduced
and primary repair was performed. He had an uneventful postoperative course and was discharged

A severe case of Stevens-Johnson syndrome was reported in a 6 year old boy receiving sulfa
drug for a period of 5 days for treatment of URI, with extensive involvement of the skin, eye,
and mucouse membrane of the mouth, pharynx, nose, anus and genitourinary tract.
Despite widespread and serious involvement of the eye and mouth, the patient recovered without
any residual impairment.
