We observed 62 cases of neonatal convulsion who were admitted to the department of Pediatrics, Ewha Womans University Hospital during the 6 1/2 year period from January, 1976 to June, 1982. We experienced a case of cogenital choanal atresia in female newborn infant. The diagnosis was easily established by skull X-ray after instillation of radiopaque dye in nasal cavity. Cystic adenomatoid malformation is a specific form of cystic lung disease characterized by a cuboidal and columnar epithelium. Reported cases had anasarca or polyhydramnios. We have experienced a case of congestive cardiomyopathy in a 4-year-old boy who had progressive cardiomegaly, congestive heart failure and weakness of right upper and lower extremities.
